Rules & Conditions

You must be 18 years old to order products from us. Any attempt ed to fraud will be reported.

Returns must be made within 8 days of the customer receiving the goods. Photograph and describe the defective product and send the information to info@lutzowofsweden.com. Enter “Return” in the subject line.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card or through our partner PayPal which is one of the largest companies when it comes to secure payments online. Once the payment has been received, we will ship the goods to you.

Delivery

In Sweden the delivery time is between 3-5 days, Europe 5-8 days and other countries 5-10 days. Please note that our products cannot be shipped to the United States or Canada.

The customer is responsible for the correctness of the specified address. If we get back products that have not been picked up by the customer, the customer will have to pay a new shipping cost for a second delivery.

We will contact our customers if delivery is delayed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs in Sweden are SEK 99 when you order products for under SEK 1495. Free shipping is valid when you order products for over 1495 SEK. Shipping costs to other countries are SEK 190.

Shipping costs are available for all deliveries that go outside Sweden.
